Folic Acid 800 DEPOT + B1 + B6 + B12
Folic acid is a vital vitamin the body cannot produce itself and must obtain regularly through diet. Germany’s national dietary survey found that folic acid intake often falls short of recommendations across large parts of the population, particularly among pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, vegetarians and older adults.
When it comes from food, this vitamin is called “folate” and occurs mainly in the leaves of green vegetables (folium = leaf) u2014 but the body can only absorb roughly half of the folate found in food, while pure folic acid is much better absorbed.

About the DEPOT format: water-soluble vitamins like B1, B2 and B6 can only be stored by the body in limited amounts. A specially developed manufacturing process makes this tablet work like a nutrient reservoir, releasing its nutrients gradually over many hours rather than all at once.
Directions: Take 1 tablet daily after a meal with sufficient liquid, without chewing.
