Magnesium + Potassium Effervescent Tablets u2013 Sport

Directions: Dissolve 1 tablet in a glass of water (200ml) and drink, once daily.

Ingredients: Acidifier citric acid, magnesium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, acidity regulators sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate, starch, release agent tricalcium phosphate, sweeteners sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin, flavoring, vitamin B6, color riboflavin-5′-phosphate, vitamin B12.
Note: Not suitable for children under 12. Those with kidney or heart conditions should consult a doctor before taking potassium. Amounts over 250mg magnesium may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
