The nettle (Urtica dioica) is a widespread plant valued across cultures for centuries, growing in temperate climates on nutrient-rich soil. Its leaves are even used as a food ingredient u2014 in salads, pesto, or smoothies.
Doppelherz combines a high-quality nettle leaf extract with a plant-based capsule shell, making these suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike u2014 unlike many traditional capsules that use animal-derived gelatin. Each 2-capsule dose provides 250mg nettle leaf extract, alongside the essential minerals magnesium and zinc.

Ingredients: Nettle leaf extract, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based capsule shell), magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, zinc gluconate, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, color (iron oxides and hydroxides).
