Calcium Supports Bone Maintenance – Zinc Supports Normal Skin
Doppelherz Women’s Minerals combines minerals, trace elements and selected vitamins into a single daily tablet. Adequate intake of these nutrients matters for women at every stage of life — during unbalanced diets, developmental years, childbearing age, pregnancy and breastfeeding, menopause, and later life.
One tablet a day supplies collagen hydrolysate, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc, combined with folic acid, vitamin D and vitamin C:
- Skin, hair, nails: Zinc supports the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails; vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function.
- Blood formation: Iron supports normal red blood cell formation; folic acid contributes to normal blood formation.
- Bones: Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth; vitamin D supports normal calcium absorption and bone maintenance.
- Eyes: Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
- Immune system: Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to normal immune function.
- Muscles: Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D support normal muscle function.
- Energy metabolism: Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism.
About the DEPOT tablet format: the body cannot store some nutrients for long — large single doses of vitamin C, for instance, are partly excreted unused. The DEPOT tablet uses a manufacturing process that acts like a nutrient reservoir, releasing nutrients gradually over several hours.
Directions: Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid, without chewing. The tablet can be split in half if needed.

Note: Not suitable for children and adolescents. If taking 3.5 mg or more of zinc per day, avoid additional zinc-containing supplements. Lactose-free, gluten-free.
