Zinc 15 + Histidine DEPOT u2013 Immune & Skin Support
Wet, cold seasons and physically demanding situations can place extra demands on the immune system and skin, raising the need for supporting nutrients. This DEPOT tablet combines 15mg zinc and 300mg vitamin C, which both contribute to normal immune function, alongside 100mg of the amino acid L-histidine.

On zinc: the body can’t produce zinc itself and has no large storage reserves, so regular dietary intake matters. Diets that are heavily plant-based or otherwise unbalanced can run low in zinc, or contain compounds that interfere with its absorption.
On histidine: an essential amino acid that must come from the diet, since the body can’t synthesize enough on its own. Plant-based foods generally contain less histidine than animal-based foods.
Directions: Take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid, without chewing.

Ingredients: Vitamin C, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent dicalcium phosphate, coating agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, zinc gluconate, L-histidine, modified starch, release agent food-grade fatty acids, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, bulking agent polyethylene glycol, starch, release agent sugar esters of fatty acids, release agent talc, release agent silicon dioxide, color (iron oxides and hydroxides).
Note: Keep out of reach of young children. Not suitable for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If taking 3.5mg or more zinc daily, avoid additional zinc supplements.
Halal/dietary note: No gelatin or animal-derived ingredients identified u2014 vegan-labeled, gluten-free, lactose-free. L-histidine here is plant/fermentation-derived per the vegan label.
